Restorative Yin Class

Mondays 14:00

This is a slow, compassionate yoga class designed to be accessible and nourishing to every body, regardless of age or ability. This class has a relaxed pace and works to increase health, awareness and mobility. Yin style and restorative yoga sequences.


Yang / Yin Flow

Wednesdays 20:00

This class will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, strength and space for ease. This will give you greater capacity to perform everything else better in life. Not only with the strength and discipline of a yang driven practice but also by expanding your patience, honesty and self awareness through the yin.

By calming the mind and cultivating concentration, you’ll become better at understanding your needs and how to move towards them.

These classes are typically half vinyasa based (more yang) - where we flow the movements together with breath. And the last section of class is yin based with postures on the ground that are held for a few minutes at a time.

The yang part of class will get into your body and help you burn off stress. The yin will open you up to releasing tension and carve a path to deep relaxation.

A simple understanding of your body is a prerequisite, but existing flexibility and/or knowledge of yoga is not.

Morning Flow Class

Fridays 10:00

This class will help stretch out the kinks from the week. Breath and alignment will be utilised to work into a deeply therapeutic class. Some basic flow, some longer holds, always finishing with a nourishing guided meditation. A perfect hit on a Friday.

Private Classes

By Appointment

A private class will be tailored to your unique needs on that given day. In this way you can ease into yoga in a very safe manner with proper alignment and clear focus on your goals and needs.


Booking a Class

Sign up for class on Facebook Events

Please book you class ahead of time - at least 48 hours prior

Classes will run as scheduled if there is a minimum of 3 people signed up to come at least 48 hours before the class is scheduled.

If there is not a minimum of 3 people signed up for class 48 hours prior, class will be cancelled.

If you cancel within 24 hours you will lose that clip and class will still run.

If you cancel within 48 - 24 hours before, class will be cancelled.

Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 people.

Arrive 5-10 mins before class, so we can start on time.

Mats and props are provided - you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Please let Camilla know prior to class of any injuries, illnesses or restrictions that are of concern.
